We always try our best to make sure all orders are executed within 12-24 hours,
but occasionally some orders can take us up to 48 hours.
All orders are shipped by TNT,DHL or USPS unless the customer prefers another carrier and undertake the cost difference. Sunday delivery is not available because shipping department does not work on holidays. Tracking notification in the form of an automated e-mail from Naris Technical Textile will be sent upon package shipment.
We do ship internationally, all shipping cost can be calculated with our online cart system. All taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser, as the Country we export to imposes them. Naris Technical Textile is not responsible for quoting each individual country’s tariffs and duties. Furthermore, custom clearance duration of some countries may lead unexpected delays at the delivery of international orders.
When a package is returned to Naris Technical Textile because a courier is unable to make delivery due to action, inaction, or absence of the recipient, we will refund your credit card less shipping charges and the product(s) will be returned immediately to inventory. Should you still wish to purchase these products, you may place your order again on our website
If you believe a shipment was returned to us due to an error on our part or on the part of our carrier, please e-mail or call to arrange a refund of shipping and return fees.
For all claims related to erroneous shipment, incorrect ordering, or any other issue, please contact the Customer Service Department via e-mail or phone. Should you in fact have received an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item. We will also arrange for a courier to pick up the item and return it to Naris Technical Textile. When you order personalized cover with embroidery application, please make sure that all details of your order are absolutely clear and correct since customized products can not be exchanged or returned. Besides all, we reserve the right to refuse or refund any purchase without giving reason.
We assure 100% Customer Satisfaction, so we will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. If you would like to return a product that is in unused condition, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or a credit within 30 days of the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A return refund will be made for the amount of the product plus taxes, minus all shipping-handling fees. Custom and embroidered cases are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when exchanging and returning their products.
